All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
No return on custom painted wheels, special orders, 3 piece wheels.
Wheelandtiresdirect is not responsible for improper return packaging.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging charges, both ways.
No returns on cancellations, special orders, or 3 piece wheels.
All return orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
All returns require a return authorization (RA) number.
RA number must be legibly printed on each package of the return shipment.
Any return without an RA number will be refused.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
There are no returns or exchanges on merchandise in used condition,damaged condition, or otherwise any condition that is not brand new.
